Unify for iPhone
Questions, problems or feedback: email founder@unifyapp.dev. Write from the address you use for Unify if your question is about your account.
Getting started
- Create an account in the app with your email and a password, then confirm your email from the message Unify sends.
- Connect your ELMS-Canvas calendar (University of Maryland). In ELMS, open Calendar, choose Calendar Feed and copy the link. In Unify, paste it on the setup screen. Unify never asks for your university password.
- Import a calendar file instead: in Unify, open Settings (your initial, top-left on any tab) and choose Import a calendar file (.ics).
- Add what the calendar misses: add a course that isn't listed, upload a syllabus or course document to a course, or add a personal task from Settings.
Your account
- Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, or open api.unifyapp.dev/reset-password.
- Sign out: Settings → Sign out.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete my account and data. This deletes your sign-in and everything linked to your account straight away. If you can't open the app, email us from your account's address and we will delete it for you.
What Unify can and can't see
Unify shows what your connected calendar feed, announcement feeds and uploaded documents contain, and tells you where each item came from. It does not sign in to Canvas or Gradescope, so grades, submission status and anything your sources don't publish won't appear. Always check official course materials for deadlines.
Privacy
Read the App Privacy Policy. Unify is independent and is not affiliated with Canvas, Instructure, Gradescope or any university.
